8. Book a Court App
The first version of the BookACourt app was released in April 2024 to help provide additional value to clubs and members who actively use Court Bookings.
The app is designed to book a court and (pay if required) in a few taps.
As a Book a Court Club with Clubspark, your members and casual users have the ability to use this app on their phone.

FAQ's
No trouble, you can set the booking sheet visibility to members only so that when the log into Clubspark app they can view and book courts but anyone who isn't a member i.e. a Casual user will not see the club listed.
This is because they have not registered to sign up to Clubspark.
The best way is to send them an invite via email, this guide here will show you how this is done.
Once they have signed up with the unique link their Clubspark account will be linked to their membership, and they will then have the ability login and book courts.
The main reason this would be is that the member has signed up or signed in to a new Clubspark account not linked to their active membership.
- Check with them on what email they are signed into
If the email is different to what is against the membership on Clubspark then get them to sign into the correct email address. 4 - Check to see if their membership is active in Clubspark
Memberships can lapse if the user has not paid their membership fee - check to see if the Membership is ACTIVE - Are they selecting the right club If the member selects another club they are not a member of then the venue may charge them for courts, make sure their home club is selected

Once they have registered, they can login the app and be able to book and pay for courts.
The App will automatically recognise venues that use the court booking module. However, if your club's privacy settings in the court booking settings are for members only, then the club will only be visible if you are are logged in correctly and registered.
You need to sign in the same way you log into the website, i.e. if you usually login via your details, you need to do the same on the app.
