Using the App
You will need to login to use the app.
Use your Clubspark account details to login, if you need to reset the password you will need to do so via your venue's login page via your web browser.
If you have an active membership, you have the ability to book courts at your club.
You have the ability to book a court (and pay) to use another venues court.
Useful Info
You have the ability to view previous and upcoming bookings on the app.
- Open the App
- Toggle between Previous and Upcoming Bookings to view all the bookings made against your account.
- You can tap into the booking to view more info including the PIN code (If any)
If you need to cancel your booking, you will need to do this on the web browser and depending on the booking policy you may need to get in touch with the venue if this period falls within the "No Refund" policy if you have paid for your courts.
If you are an active member of your club and your venue provides court hire free of charge as part of your package, it might be because of the following:
- You may have accidently logged in with an incorrect account, this may happen when you have signed up to Clubspark with another email account that is not linked to your paid active membership. Log out and check email you are entering.
- You've made an offline payment to the club and the administrator has not yet marked the account as active and paid, check with the club on this.
- Reach out to Clubspark support
The app is designed to be used for everyday members and casual players.
