Top Spin 2K25 ASB Classic Giveaway Terms & Conditions
- Participants are requested to register online.
- All online registrations will be cross checked against Tennis Hot Shots Venue registrations.
- Only entry will be available per email address
- Only registrations from within the registration window will be eligible for the prize draw. The window will be advertised via Tennis New Zealand (TNZ), ASB Classic and Tennis Auckland electronic communications and on the signup form.
- A total of five winners will be selected, each winner will recieve a copy of Top Spin 2K25 + 2 x premium grandstand tickets to the 2025 ASB Classic.
Prize Draw Terms and Conditions
- The Competition period is defined as 1 May 2024 to 31 May 2024, only entries received during this period shall be eligible for entry.
- Tennis New Zealand (TNZ) will directly contact the winner, or their parent/guardian, per the contact details supplied, within five business days of the competition closing date.
- The competition is restricted to New Zealand residents only.
- The prize shall comprise: 1 Copy of Top Spin 2K25 + Two Robinson Stand tickets to a session of the 2025 ASB Classic on one of the following dates: 30 December 2024, 31 December 2024, 1 January 2024, 6 January 2024, 7 January 2024, 8 January 2024. The Promoter will endeavour to provide tickets on the chosen date but reserves the right to provide tickets on an alternative date or for an alternative stand if the specified date/stand is not available for any reason.
- CANCELATION/DELAY OF SESSION: If the specified session whereby tickets are provided is cancelled, or play is delayed, there shall be no opportunity to change to an alternative session, nor any financial compensation available.
- WINNER NOTIFICATION: The Winner will be contacted using details provided. If a Winner cannot be contacted within 2 business days, Tennis New Zealand reserves the right to redraw the prize. The Promoter will use reasonable endeavours to contact the Winner within 2 business days using the contact details provided upon entry into the competition.
- THE PROMOTER: is Tennis New Zealand, in association with Tennis Auckland
- NO CORRESPONDENCE: The Promoter’s decision regarding the Winner’s is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
- The winner is responsible for ensuring they have an appropriate platform to play the game. For the avoidance of doubt, no provision of a suitable platform will be provided as part of the prize. The winner is responsible for their own transport and/or accommodation if needed to attend the 2025 ASB Classic, The Promoters agree to provide tickets only.
- NOT TRANSFERABLE OR REDEEMABLE: The prize is not transferable, exchangeable nor redeemable for cash. The winner must accept the prize based on the published dates, the 2025 ASB Classic will be held 30 December 2024 - 11 January 2025. The winner may not transfer the prize to another person. Tickets will not be available until after ticket sales for the event are open.
- INFORMATION: By entering the Competition, Winner’s agree to their names being published, by The Promoter and that The Promoter or promotional partners may use their names and photographs for publicity purposes.
- OWNERSHIP OF ENTRIES: Competition entries become the property of Tennis New Zealand, which will keep the personal information it holds about entrants confidential and will not disclose it to third parties.
- DATABASE: By clicking submit on the entry form, entrants to the Competition permit Tennis New Zealand to collect personal information into their database for the purpose of contacting them directly about any Tennis New Zealand activity via phone and/or email.
- Contact details collected may be shared by The Promoter to Tennis Auckland for the purposes of contacting them directly about the 2025 ASB Classic event.
- NO LIABILITY: The Promoter and its associated agencies & companies shall not be liable in any way (including, without limitation, in negligence) for any loss or damage whatsoever suffered (including, without limitation, indirect or consequential loss) or for any loss or damage or personal injury suffered or sustained in connection with promotion except any liability that cannot be excluded by law.
