Support your club workshops
We will be running 8 – 10 workshops per topic. They are a series of workshops addressing areas that clubs may need support and will help club growth and development.
The first (Effective Membership Management) is looking at what membership packages are/could be. The workshop helps clubs look at the community they are in, who their players are, who potential players could be, what the needs are of the different groups and what additional value could be added to the membership. This is an interactive session as opposed to listening to dialogue – clubs working out their own needs.
Each topic will relate to an area that will allow clubs reach out into their local communities. ClubSpark will be part of the conversation but not the topic of conversation at each of these five workshops. We aim to find out what clubs need and provide the support through these hands-on sessions. Registrations are capped to 10 per session to keep them collaborative and effective.
