We have thoroughly enjoyed working with clubs on Effective Membership Management, the first topic in our 5-part Club Workshop Series. This Workshop aims to help clubs look at the community they are in, who their players are, who potential players could be, what the needs are of the different groups and what additional value could be added to the membership.
These are interactive sessions as opposed to listening to dialogue – clubs working out their own needs.
Each of the five topics will relate to an area that will allow clubs to reach out into their local communities. ClubSpark will be part of the conversation but not the topic of conversation at each of these five workshops.
We aim to find out what clubs need and provide the support through these hands-on sessions. Registrations are capped to 10 per session to keep them collaborative and effective.
