• Let your team know what your vision and goals are - To inspire New Zealanders of all ages and backgrounds to fall in love with tennis by making the sport accessible, welcoming, and fun for everyone.  Explain what this looks like for your club.
• Benefits to your club - showcasing your tennis community, easy and fun ways for newcomers to try tennis, grow participation & work as a team in a joint effort to ensure your club and volunteer community is viable.
• Use the research you have on the passions and skills your members have to delegate roles they are comfortable with and interested in - use to do list template
• Food and refreshments are essential, firstly to thank voluteers for their time and secondly food brings people together.
• Have a brain storming session - get the creative juices flowing.
• Have FUN!
