We are very pleased to announce that last week the Tennis NZ Board unanimously agreed to appoint Terri-Ann Scorer to the position of President and Chair of the Board. She takes over from Celia Patrick who served on the Board for nine years.

Terri-Ann joined the Tennis NZ Board in October 2016 and has been a member of the New Zealand Institute of Directors since 2013. She has extensive experience in business strategy development, currently working as General Manager Corporate Strategy at BNZ Bank. She trained as an engineer and is a former Principal with Boston Consulting Group and former CEO of Oxfam New Zealand. During her university studies in Australia Terri-Ann worked as an accredited Level 1 tennis coach. She plays today at Kohimarama Tennis Club and with Tennis Seniors Auckland. Outside of work and tennis, Terri-Ann enjoys spending time in the New Zealand wilderness.

Congrats Terri-Ann!
