Rubin Statham ready for Davis Cup tie against Korea Republic

Rubin Statham has arrived in Newport Rhode Island for this weekend's Davis Cup tie against the Korea Republic at the International Tennis hall of Fame. The 34 year old Kiwi had a week playing in Florida to prepare for the Tie being played on grass.

Statham is the most experienced New Zealand player, picked for his 33rd tie and will compete for spots in the singles alongside US based youngsters Finn Reynolds and Isaac Becroft who are making their debuts. Marcus Daniell and Michael Venus will play the doubles rubber. The tie is being played on Saturday and Sunday NZT. Rubin chatted with Matt Brown after his first practice on the grass.
