how this works

We have pre-set a one-time use discount code for 1 free court booking in the entire month of January to your clubs booking system.

A user will be able to book a court (that's available and depending on your own venues casual rules) for free. The user can book a court direct from your club's website or using the new Book a Court App.

The player can then turn up on their booking day and have a hit. The player is only allowed to book a free court once so they will be unable to redeem a free court booking again, however they have the ability to book and pay for their next hit.

How does the user redeem?

We have set up a main landing page for the campaign here www.tennis.kiwi/servesup
This will be the public facing page where all the participating clubs will be listed on a map. The map contains a contact email and a booking URL which is directed to your booking sheet.

1. The user looks at a court and time to book

Book1

2. The user completes the sign in / sign up with Clubspark and inputs their details

3. The user has the ability to add the SERVESUP discount code into the discount code box

code redeem

4. The cost is waived, and the user can then confirm the booking and they are done!

User gets confirmation in their email and be provided a code if your venue has integrated gate access hardware.

Players can book courts on the new Book a Court app which is available on the Apple Store and Google Play

We have provided a visual guide on how a player can book a court using the app and use the SERVESUP discount code to redeem their free court.

You can share the above guide in any comms / public help.
