Cardio Tennis is the high energy highlight of your week! It’s a fun, social, group tennis-fitness programme for all ages and abilities - even non-tennis players! Run by our Tennis NZ Qualified coaches, your session will bring together a variety of cardio workouts and tennis drills, all to a high-energy soundtrack.
It doesn’t matter if you’ve never played before, your coach is trained to mix up the activities to cater for all skill and fitness levels. So, while it’s great for beginners, more experienced tennis players will also have a great time and be challenged.
Combining fitness devices, music, and a variety of equipment to deliver the ultimate, full body, calorie burning aerobic workout, Cardio Tennis is a great way to widen your social circle while getting your heart pumping and improving your fitness!

What to bring
- Racquet - if you don't have a racquet, no worries, ask if one can be provided
- Wear runners and comfortable sports clothes
- Wear a hat and sunscreen
- Bring a water bottle

Sessions range between 45-60 minutes
Cost
Cost varies from coach to coach. On average Cardio Tennis costs between $10-25 per session.
