Hourigan keeps winning in Monastir

Paige Hourigan has won through to the quarter finals in the singles and semi-finals of the doubles at this week’s ITF US $15,000 tournament in Monastir in Tunisia. Scores and results: https://bit.ly/3szci3F

The Kiwi number one is top seed for both. In the singles Hourigan has beaten Japan’s Rino Saigo 7-6 (2) 6-4 in a close second round singles match lasting nearly two hours. Hourigan will play Dutchwoman Stephanie Visscher in the quarter finals whom she beat in the first round of last week’s tournament

The doubles was much easier as Hourigan and partner Erika Sema thrashed American Emma Davis and Canadian Stacey Fung 6-2,6-0.
