Love Tennis Champions

Here’s your chance to become a Love Tennis Champion!

We’re seeking a dynamic team of fun, motivated individuals, from across the Motu to be a part of the Love Tennis team. Can you offer some unique promotional and organizational skills for the 2024 campaign?

About the role:

• Collaborate with the wider Love Tennis national team
• Be available during May-September 2024 (and for Sunday 8 September)
• Attend an in person Love Tennis national workshop’ 8-9 June 2024 in Auckland (flight, accommodation and transfer costs will be covered)
• Regular Love Tennis team meetings online
• Support associations, regions, and clubs with their Love Tennis operations, marketing and retention plans 
• Engage with local communities: schools, sponsors, community groups
• Creative freedom to execute assigned responsibilities and tasks that might be unique to the local community

You’ll be provided:

• Project based fee of $2,400 provided to each Champion (approx. 70 hours/May-September)
• Travel and accommodation costs covered for the Love Tennis workshop in Auckland – where you will have the chance to network with the Tennis NZ team and other Love Tennis Champions across NZ
• Love Tennis Champions marketing kit and resources
• Exclusive Love Tennis Champions gear
• The chance to win a VIP experience at the 2025 ASB Classic for you and a guest as our Love Tennis Champion!

• Love tennis!
• Be enthusiastic, self-driven and capable of motivating others
• Be organised
• Be full of innovative ideas
• Able to work as part of a team
• Have good public speaking skills
• Detail oriented
• Understands their local community and how best to promote Love Tennis
