Introducing new members to the team
Korouch Monsef (Coach Development Manager)
Korouch has coached in Europe and the United States, he spent most of his coach developer journey in football with over (15) years’ experience supporting NZ Football's coach development pathways, qualifications, and frameworks.
He attended the Dutch Sport’s Academy where he pursued a diploma in sports management, specialising in football and tennis coaching. He has worked in New Zealand at both regional and national levels as a coach developer. Korouch is looking forward to supporting tennis NZ’s coaching workforce with ongoing learning opportunities.
Matt Hair (National Coach)
Matt has joined the Tennis New Zealand High Preformance coaching team in a full-time capacity. He has worked with Tennis New Zealand in a part-time role for several years, including as Billie Jean King Cup Captain and in supporting our professional players, where his contribution has been highly valuable.
Matt brings decades of experience, from junior development through to coaching Top 50 players on the professional tour. We are excited to have him bring this breadth of knowledge to further strengthen our high-performance programme.
Jack Tiller (Junior Development Coach)
We are pleased to confirm that Canterbury-based coach Jack Tiller has been contracted in a part-time capacity to support the National Coaches in Junior Development, providing additional support for young players entering the performance pathway.
Jack's passion, diligence, and ambition to support Kiwi player development will be a valuable addition to our junior performance pathway.
