Social Media Giveaway Rules

1. Eligibility

To enter the draw, you must be 18 years of age or older and live in New Zealand. Prizes are not sent outside of New Zealand.
Tennis New Zealand employees and direct family members are not eligible to enter.
Tennis New Zealand may request reasonable identification from winners to confirm their identity and eligibility to enter. Any failure to do so may result in disqualification.

2. How to Enter

To be eligible to win the competition, you must enter by commenting and tagging one other person in the specified social media post. You must also have liked or followed the appropriate Tennis New Zealand social media page where the post has been posted from. Adhering to both conditions is the only way to constitute an eligible entry.
One person is valid to one entry. Multiple comments from the same person will only count as one entry. However, the same person can be tagged by different people, which will not affect the eligibility of the commenter’s entry.

3. Competition Platforms

This competition will be run separately on Tennis New Zealand's Facebook and Instagram pages.
A separate winner will be selected from eligible entries on each platform. Entries made on Facebook will only be eligible for the Facebook draw, and entries made on Instagram will only be eligible for the Instagram draw.
Each person may enter once per platform.

4. Competition Closing Date

The competition closes at 11:59pm Monday 24 August 2026.

5. Prize

The prize is two adult tickets to the Saturday session (19 September) and two adult tickets to the Sunday session (20 September) of the Davis Cup vs Japan at The Trusts Arena.
Four tickets are included in total, with two tickets for each day.
Tennis New Zealand reserves the right to allocate whichever tickets it has available for this prize, which cannot be changed at the winner’s request.
The prize does not include any extras, including but not limited to parking, transport, food or beverages.
Tickets are subject to the terms and conditions of The Trusts Arena and the Davis Cup event.
Prizes cannot be transferred, exchanged or redeemed for cash.

6. Winner Selection

Winners are chosen at random from all eligible entries.
Tennis New Zealand’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
The winner has 48 hours (unless stated otherwise) to respond via direct messaging. If we have not heard from the winner within 48 hours, we may select another winner or forfeit the prize.
We are not responsible for any missed messages if you do not respond within the required time frame.

7. Entry Requirements and Content

Entries must not contain any content, element or material that is offensive or inappropriate in any way, or which violates a third party’s privacy, intellectual property or other rights.
Any entry that Tennis New Zealand, in its sole discretion, considers to be offensive or inappropriate in any way, or that Tennis New Zealand considers, in its sole discretion, to infringe any intellectual property rights or other rights of any person, corporation or entity, will be considered ineligible.
The decision to accept or reject an entry is at Tennis New Zealand’s sole discretion and no correspondence will be entered into.
Tennis New Zealand accepts no responsibility for late, lost or misdirected entries.

8. Winner Information and Prize Fulfilment

You must be willing to provide us with your full name, email address, and any other information required to get the prize to you if you are the winner.
Tennis New Zealand accepts no responsibility for prizes lost, misplaced or otherwise not delivered to a winner.
If any prize or part of a prize becomes unavailable for reasons outside of Tennis New Zealand’s control, Tennis New Zealand may substitute a prize of equal or greater value.

9. Liability

Tennis New Zealand is not liable for any injury, costs incurred or damages related to the use of the prize by the winner.

10. Changes to the Competition

Tennis New Zealand reserves the right to change these rules at any time.

11. Social Media Platform Disclaimer and Privacy

This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook, Instagram or any other social media platform.
You understand that you are providing your information to Tennis New Zealand.
The information you provide will only be used for prize notification, announcement and fulfilment purposes.
