Safeguarding Leads and Complaints Managers

Under the Tennis Participant Protection Regulation (2025), all Clubs, Local Tennis Partners (LTP), Affiliates and Regional Tennis Organisations (RTO) have obligations and duties regarding Safeguarding.

Each entity is required to have a Safeguarding Lead, and in the case of an LTP/RTO, they also require a Complaints Manager. Please use the forms below to register as the Safeguarding Lead for your Club/LTP/RTO or the Complaints Manager for your RTO/LTP/Affiliate

The role of the Safeguarding Lead is:
• Co-ordinate and oversee the screening processes within the Club
• Be the named individual at the Club that anyone with a concern about participant protection can approach for guidance on how to address the matter within the Regulation guidelines.
• Engage with the Regional Complaints Manager if there is a need to have them approach a possible
Complainant or investigate an incident that has come to light.
