Covid-19 safety plan based on Work Safe, MOH and Government guidelines, which may assist in a club’s decision making whether to open.  The safety plan is primarily for Alert Level 2/2.5 but recommended for Level 1 too. There are significant restrictions on playing tennis at Level 3. Tennis activity is not permitted at Level 4.  You should have a safety plan in place at your club and for your coaching business.

Ministry of Health NZ Covid Tracer QR code poster. Use R911288 for the LocationBIC code in the template spreadsheet. It is strongly recommended to display these posters at your club during all Alert Levels.  Coaching businesses MUST display a poster if the club is not.  This government contact tracing poster replaces all previous options, including the original Tennis NZ contact tracing tool developed in April/May 2020.
